I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2016 and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. My training style is performance first, looks second. It is easy for many to lose sight of the importance of movement and being internally healthy. The exterior results naturally follow and your body will thank you much more both short and long term. As a result, my training philosophy emphasizes teaching functional movement through a goal-oriented progression. This approach has been very successful with youth, adults between 60 and 90, professional athletes, and everyone in between. Whether you are looking to improve movement, weight loss, enhance athletic performance, or general fitness, I will develop individual programs that will help you enjoy progressing toward your goals safely and efficiently.
