Personal Training

What Is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a one-on-one, goal-oriented exercise program designed to meet the particular needs of each individual. Private training sessions combine motivation, guidance, and education to establish the general lifestyle changes necessary for lasting benefits. All Athens Personal Fitness Trainers are Nationally Certified and have degrees in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related Science degree.

Why Is Personal Training Right For You?

The Personal Training program offers benefits, both mental and physical, including:

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Enhanced athletic ability
  • Increased flexibility
  • Improved coordination
  • Stress reduction
  • Enhanced self-esteem and confidence
  • Positive attitude
  • Increased aerobic activity
  • Enhanced self-esteem and confidence
  • Decreased body fat
  • Consistent weight control
  • Increased muscular strength and endurance

The Personal Training Approach To Health Includes:
