Weekend Classes…
We have two circuit classes offered on Saturday! Both classes are $15.
7am and 9am
Both classes are timed, circuit style resistance training, cardio, core, and some mobility. All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged. Any exercise can be modified. Taught by APF certified personal trainers.
Swimming Dry Land…
Strength and conditioning workouts performed on land to improve swimming performance and power and reduce the risk of injury. It will focus on core strength, shoulder stability, and overall body control with some high intensity intervals.
For ages 8-12
